Rather than a menu option for toggling system keys (ALT, CTRL, etc.), how about simple buttons in the toolbar, similar to the CTRL+ALT+DEL one? This would also provide visual indication of the state of the key. A quick "CTRL+" or "ALT+" macro button would also be handy, rather than the clunky interface it has now.
