Reverse repeater?

I work for a software company that does customer support for their products. I have SC working on a multiple port basis. So at our company we have 20 support users that will need to use SC which means we would have to foward 20 seperate ports one for each user to their workstations. I was wondering if we could reverse the repeater so the multiple external users(servers) can SC into/through our firewall to multiple support users(viewers)? I would like to do this instead having 20 holes in our firewall. Thanks!
