What operating system are you using??

Do you have the 128bit encryption installed into your internet explorer??

I would make sure that Internet explorer 6.0 SP1 with 128bit encryption is installed..

Another good place to check out is the MSRC4 DSM Plugin site
http://msrc4plugin.home.comcast.net/docindex.html

Hope this helps..:)

download the crypto utility from the msrc4plugin website. Run crypto -x and send me the logfile. I'd guess you are running Windows 95/98 without the high encryption pack.
