HotKey - Show Default Settings window

Hi,

It would be terrific if you could add another hotkey allowing us to show/open directly the Default Settings window; it could be very useful when the trayicon is hidden and the group program hasn't been created.
Should execute something like that:

"%installdir%\winvnc.exe" -defaultsettings

Not so difficult to add it, and so useful...
