SC client - push only an ap window to the client?

Is there a way to limit SC so it will only push the contents of a specified window (and the mouse pointer) to the client?

I've got some 3D simulator stuff which I'd like to run remotely while talking with people on the phone. They don't need and shouldn't have access to the controls nor is there any need to waste bandwidth sending an entire desktop.

Essentially, I'm thinking this would be a way to do fairly viewer-proof push video.
