Need help with a server solution...

Post by cdevine »

Thanks for UVNC, it's a great product.

I need a little help. I have a repeater (Linux) and SC up and running with encryption. All works well.

I am looking for one more solution. I've searched and can't seem to find an answer.

What I need is an always on solution. For example a server will always be connected to the repeater with a set ID, and I can access it as needed, and will reconnect as necessary (reboot, after network problem, etc). I have seen the -autoreconnect option on winvnc, but can't seem to get it all work correctly. This needs to be without touching the firewall on the server side.

Can someone point out what I am missing?

TIA,
Chris
