SC from a work network?

I am creating a SC from inside a work network. I edited the txt and send the exe to another computer on my work network. It will open fine. Once I sent the exe to a pc outside of my work network, it will not work. I assume it is due to my work network. How can I work around this?

public ip or private ip to your helpdesk.txt ?

Not too sure, I think it is private.

you need public ip or FQDN to helpesk.txt

FQDN = Fully Qualified Domain Name like uvnc.com is the official domain name

public ip and FQDN
