Where can we find EVERYTHING integrated into one? Simplicity

Ok support techs, I have read so many posts but I cannot find a SC with EVERYTHING bundled into one.....is there something out there whether it is free or something to pay for....

WE NEED:

Call back feature (Windows restart or program crashes)
Works and tested with Windows VISTA!
SIMPLE for the dumbest of clients! No numbers to insert or Active X controls to install, simple click and grant access.
Customizable so it looks like it is our company doing that remote work. (logo)
Able to send a ctrl-alt-del!

ANYONE KNOW OF ANY PROGRAM that has these features. I can find some with and with out, it would be great to HAVE ALL!!!!!
