SC Icon Issue-Does not display in Vista but is ok in XP

Hi All,
Maybe some one can help me here. I have a rather minor problem with my Ultr@VncSC.exe

While my icon has been correctly displaying in XP for over a year now, the same Ultr@VncSC.exe displays a default windows exe icon in Windows Vista. I have tried recompiling with the Rel1.00 instead of the RC23 incase that was the problem.

I have even compiled about 8 different .exe versions using Microangelo 5.5 icon studio with different icon formats. Has anyone had any luck making their sc.exe file display their icon correctly in Vista and if so what was the specific program used and icon format used (size and color depth)?
