SC not starting

Hi all,

I've just created my first SCII (based of 1.00) using a repeater and it works great except for one PC.

This problem PC is a W2K/SP4 Server and to try and debug the problem I downloaded the individual files without zipping them and placed the DEBUG option in helpdesk.txt.

Starting WinVNC opens a command window with the messages:-

sockets initialised
The operation completed successfully.

However the enter.bmp screen is not displayed and the winvnc icon is not in the taskbar. Task Manager shows vncviewer and sc.exe running.

Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?
