Pchelpware wont start

Hi everything runs well when im starting PcHelpWare.exe (PcHelpWare_viewer.exe is started) "localy" from my computer, but when im download PcHelpWare.exe from a web link it wont start, plz help, any ide?

What operating system are you trying to run the viewer and server on?

There seems to be issues with windows 2003 server :|

Windows XP Home, Pro SP2, Windows 2003 SBS server SP2 (EN), Windows Media Center Editon 2005, Windows Vista Home Premium, Fedora Core 6, Windows 9X, PcHelpWare 1.0, UltraVNC 1.0.8.2
