Hallo anybody,
I set up the UltraVnc as described in documentation and it seams working well:
Helpdesk.txt ...
[DIRECT]
[HOST]
Verbindung
-connect name.dyndns.org:5500 -noregistry
The remote PC (client) gives the message 'connected', but the host PC doesn't react at all. What can be the reason for that? (running XP Prof., NAT-Router with Dyndns adress und Port rule for port 5500, repeater is running.
The Viewer at host side is configured in the VNC line with
HP1234567890 (computername)
and in the Proxy/repeater line with
HP1234567890:5901
Do anybody has an idea?

Hallo,
you wrote ...make sure that he port forwarding is setup properly..
what does mean 'properly'?
Is there a way to send a screen shot directly to you?
