Unknown usernmame or bad password when checking groups

I have made my first installation of vnc server (1.0.4) on a windows server 2003 R2 SP2. I am trying to enable "New MS Logon", but when I am entering the name of the domain group and vnc checks whether the group exists in the domain or not, it asks for username and password. After entering the credentials, I am always getting a "unknown username or bad password" response. I have tried with different usernames, domain-admins etc. And I am sure the credentials ar correct.

Problem solved.

You have to uncheck "Run this program with restricted access".
