Single Click Mode 1 Reversed

Hi,

I saw Mode 1 on Single Click method or mode. Can it be reversed so that the vncservers are on the outside and the vnc viewer is on the inside and if so can there be multiple vncviewers? What we want is for our technicians who are on the inside to be able to select the customer they need to help from the outside rather than the customer selecting the technician.

If it's not clear, please let me know and I will give more details.
