how to create SC - nat2nat application

I don't understand how to use the SC and nat2nat.

How can i build a SC with nat2nat or repeater application, and how to use it. i don't know how to make or use that.
I need it a lot for helpdesk

I didn't see anything on those documents that explained the SC Nat2Nat setup. Did I miss it?
