With encrypting SC doesnt work

SC works without encryption. Now i want to integrate it. But it doesent work.
I have made a new key file, distributed it and enabled the Plugin on the Server, but what I have to write in the helpdesk.txt?!

Here my current settings:
[HOST]Dobleclick 1 -connect IP:5500 -dsmplugin
[HOST]Dobleclick 2 -connect ip:5501 –dsmplugin

The program runs but also without the key, what is my mistake?
When I put the -dsmplugin before -connect ip... I get an error
