Is there any way to make a SC exe that just initiates connection as soon as the application is run?

If you means to run the SC.exe and making connection immediately w/o showing the menu, then YES,
you can use the [DIRECT] option in helpdesk.txt.

Reference the UltraVNC SC (SingleClick) for detail
