When lock the monitor and the keyboard and mouse, the server users think that is a error in his computer and restart it, I think when press this utility the server monitor presents a black screen but with information that vnc client is connected, the text will have personalized to.

If you searched around, you would find that this was talked about a few times, and the answer is no. Search if you want the reason.

A work around; just tell the user before blanking their monitor. Via chat or something.
