How easy is this for a non-computer person?
How easy is this for a non-computer person?
I'm the tech guy but I need something VERY simple for the person receiving help to use. From what I saw pchelpware seems to be easier than sc. Is this accurate? Is pchelpware easy to use for a non-computer person that just needs help? Thank you.
Re: How easy is this for a non-computer person?
If you use the SC version and set it up with a single direct connection, it's as simple as them clicking on the .exe and running it. This is assuming you can place it in a web accessible location such as a website. If you email it, they will have to rename the file extension, or unzip, navigate to it etc.
I have no idea what resources you have available to you, but a link on a website is usually the easiest method.
