I have install UVNC server on Win7 and Vista and connect thought the client, but there are some area I cannot control remotely like the device manager, also some popup message box like scan finished box of R-Studio.

uac block control to system windows when winvnc is started as application.

Solution:
winvnc need to be running as service to control elevated windows.

I found the way to disable and enable the UAC on it now. :D
