How do I perform an installation without an Internet connection?

To be more specific, is there a way to install the Vista add-ons and Mirror Drivers without the extra downloading during the installation process?

For people behind firewalls this would be a really handy feature

For those in corporate networks it would make this program useable again

You can create your own installation with the iss file
