Screen Updates stop after some Seconds - TightVNC prob?

Hi!

I don´t know what´s going on with this machine... Here´s what I did:
Some time ago I installed TightVNC on a WinXP Computer, don´t remember which version. Yesterday I uninstalled it. As it didn´t want a restart I installed "UVNC 1.0.8.2 Server only Service" right afterwards without reboot. Now I connected with a UVNC 1.0.8.2 Client only exe + MSRC4Plugin + Keyfile. All seemed fine, but after some seconds the screen wasn´t updated anymore. So I deinstalled it again, did a reboot, deleted the folder, did another reboot, installed it again and got the same error.
I have another Computer with UVNC 1.0.6.4 Server running, so I thought "let´s test the client" and connected to that server. Everything´s fine on this one. Next thought: "probably a bug with 1.0.8.2 Server", uninstalled it, rebooted and installed 1.0.6.4. Same problem as before. Copied the ini from the working server and restarted the service. Even with that the error stays. What now? The only difference might be the installed but not used (same ini as on the working server) video driver, another Graphics Card or that I had TightVNC (version not remembered) installed before.

What do you suggest?
