After 1.0.8.2 upgrade, connection stalls for 10-30 seconds.

We have our users connect to us using single click. We made two changes at once (a) new version of VNC 1.0.8.2 (b) and put our tech computers on a new IP network.... used to be on x.x.6.x and is now on x.x.10.x.

We can have people connect to us just fine but the screen will not refresh for stretches of time. While the screen goes inactive, it looks as if I can still initiate file transfers. A lot of the people connecting to us will have the older video driver installed because it's part of our Windows image. Could it somehow be interacting? Is there a newer video driver? Can you get dual screens with the new version?

We are using the MSRC4Plugin.dsm plugin.

n = value need to replace by number listed below.

1 = AUTO (auto select best settings)
2 = LAN (> 1Mbit/s) Max Colors
3 = MEDIUM (> 128Kbit/s )- 256 Colors
4 = MODEM (19K - 128Kbit/s) - 64 Colors
5 = SLOW (< 19Kbit/s) 8 Colors
6 = (custom ?) N/A (not available and fail)
7 = ULTRA (> 2Mbit/s) - Experimental (still experimental >5 years)
