SC extremely slow on Vista

I just installed Viewer 1.0.8 and put the SC.exe on my website. Tested it with XP and server 2003 and works awesome nice and smooth. yesterday I had a client try to connect to me from a Vista machine, it was unusuable. Literally a 2 min wait from the time i clicked till it opened. Is there anything that i can do, or a different package i should use?

update your SC and vncviewer
