UltraVNC viewer crashes after SC server connects

I am having an issue with the SC server. It works just fine unencrypted, but once i turn on the encryption the viewer application hangs, and ultimately displays the following messageImage
I have rekeyed the rc4.key file several times and used the creator, so i know the keys match and I am using the latest version of the plugin (MSRC4Plugin.dsm) and I am running the viewer in listen mode on the correct port ("C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -dsmplugin msrc4plugin.dsm -listen XXXX). In my tests i have been led to believe there is something wrong with the online creator tool, because a colleague of mine has the same setup and his viewer crashes with my SC executable as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
