Monitoring Windows XP with viewer 1.0.9.5

Hi, "UltraVncSC update 2009" (ref. http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/sc/creator.html) is the best choice for monitoring Windows XP with viewer 1.0.9.5 ?
Or is only recommended for monitoring 7/Vista ?

is the best vncviewer 1.0.9.5 for xp too
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home
Only experienced user, [u]not[/u] developer
