Any VNC servers that offers unique User name and password

I need a VNC server that will allow the server owner to create a unique user name and password for each person connecting. Real VNC doesnt allow for this. What are my options?

could you clarify little bit more, i'm not fully understand your request.
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home
Only experienced user, [u]not[/u] developer
