new view of chunkvnc

Hello!
I try to write new view of chunkVnc. it's noob programming, but it's really impotant for me (i have about 15-20 remote servers and users and so hard to remember all ID's)
1. This "fork" have ID list. You may change it - add to list and remove from list
2. If you haven't list, script create it with fake server.
3. Just copy to SRC directory and compile.

But i think, will be better to create simple API for manage repeater and/or vnc server.
