DSM plugin not detected

I am having trouble getting the bundled DSM plugin working with UltraVNC version 1.0.9.6.2. I have installed the 64-bit version of UltraVNC using the MSI installer, however the about box reports the version as being win32. I am running on Windows 7 64-bit. When I go to the dropdown to select a DSM plugin I only have one entry - "No Plugin detected...". There appears to be a DSM plugin supplied by the installer at C:\Program Files\uvnc bvba\UltraVnc\plugins\SecureVNCPlugin64.dsm however it seems to not be found by the app. Can anyone help?
