Unable to upload zip file

I have successfully been generating SC's until recently when I now get an error telling me that the file failed to upload.
(This error message shows up only on IE - firefox shows no error when I try to upload although I get no exe.)
Yes I have checked for common errors. The only changes since it worked were in the helpdesk.txt file -could this be due to syntax errors?

I am having the same issue, and no one wants to respond back to my posts. Nor does the developers seem to want to just shoot me a e-mail after sending them one to confirm this problem.
