Additional Security Options

1. Request to add the following generic options for uVNC Server:
- Blackout screen and display custom message
- If user logged in, log user off
- If user logged in, lock screen

2. Request to add additional options based on user/group that is connecting to server:
- Allow shared screen (Overrides above options)
- Deny access if user logged in (Overrides above options)
