If the certificat fails, certain keys will also fail.
UAC allow keyboard injection based on the certificat of the app sending the keys.

If you click on the properties of winvnc.exe what do you see for digital signature.
What's the exact error ?

Reading the message again it has nothing to do with signing.
only some special winkey or ctrl-alt-del require this.

Had the previous version the same issue, what version was installed.

Running as application, service ?
Is the input to certain applications blocked?
When you open a notepad, can you type all keys ?
Is your keyboard a US or some local keyboard ?

Sorry, that the first report i see like that.

Usual it are some special keys like ü é è that exist on the local and not on the remote keyboard.
In this case i have no clue
