turkish keyboard problem , in some software

Post by burzek »

Hi,

This is happening in non standard windows software , mostly I guess software written in Linux and ported to windows , or used linux toolkits to draw the screen and characters.

Normally when vnc server is in a Win7 machine , if the vncviewer uses "Japanese keyboard" option , you send all character keys correctly to the Win7 machine from client pc.
However, only in some software such Notepad++ , the "i" character is behaving strange, as if other keys pressed before pressing "i" character in keyboard. In original notepad.exe software of MS , there no problem. However in notepad++ , this is happening...

I am willing to help to solve this mystery.
Regards,
Burzek
