Thanks, I ran the regular server and found that I can connect to my listening viewer.

I run the SC, and it extracts files into the temp directory and runs winvnc. That exe exits with no error whatsoever. The last thing it did, according to Process Explorer, is create a file called Wallpaper1.bmp. Then about half a second later it closes things and terminates.
