32bit Plugin cannot be loaded in AMD64 platform
( UltraVNC-1.0.4-RC12-Setup_X64_sign.exe )

I know i386 version can load DSM plugin normally.

but AMD64 version can NOT do it.

I hope AMD64 version can do it.
