RC19 and "Remove Desktop Wallpaper" + INI configur

1. I cannot find the "Remove Desktop wallpaper" option in RC19: did you remove it? It was so useful '' please reinsert it!! ''

2. There will be any possibilities to have an "ini" file, or such, with all the options inside of it instead of the registry in a future version?

I really thank you for your disposability, I think that could improve portability of Ultr@VNC.

Another question if I can: there will be the "non-setup" version of Ultr@VNC v1.0, like the RC18 version?
