SC questions.

Hello I am relatively new to SC and have a few questions about the usage of it.
1. I have created my SC.exe and complied it with a RC4 encryption by the guilds I have read and have the same key with my viewer. I created the exe and it works in the none encryption mode fine. When doing the encryption mode i Get an error on the viewer side it says.
"Connection failed - invailid protcol" "you forgot to select the DSMplugin and the server uses a DSMplugin."

OK here is what I have set up. my link of my viewer is:

"C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -listen -DSMplugin MSRC4Plugin.dsm

What am I doing wrong here?

2. When I do connect sucessfully the servers desktop turn to all black and when disconnected it comes back and the colors are weak to me. Is there a plugin to correct this or is there a setting I am missing? Please elaborate.

3. What is better for me this SC or the PChelpware for my business. Oppions here and reason why please.

I have my own company and moving over to the SC because companies charge way to much for remote desktop. I use this for my customers that request this and i like it because they never install nothing.
