SingleClick UVNC

Post by joelles »

Hi, my name is Joel and I have a problem with the SingleClick of UltraVNC
When we connect within our LAN to do Remote Assistance it works perfectly untill we try to test it from another computer over the Internet means connecting to our IP, the Customer opens the .exe file we compiled and it connects, we see it connects to us, we click yes then a black screen appears with a dot as a mouse cursor and sometimes that doesnt happen, when we do it from XP to XP it doesnt even give a screen just a grey bar up in the screen.

Windows version: WinXP SP 3 v5.1
XP version: XP Pro SP 3 OEM
Processor: AMD Athlon 2800+
Ram: 1Gig
Videocard: 32MB
The computer is made off all 2nd hand components

I hope someone can help us!

Kind regards,

Joel
