How I Conect on VNC in Silent Mode

Hi, I need to conect on some users on my job but they can't know. Is there a way to conect in silent mode? I need a way that conect on other users without the icon on system tray change the color.
I need this feature because there are users with unautorized programs and we need catch them in real time.

ultravnc server, admin properties:

[&#10003]forbid the user to close down WinVNC

if the user have admin right, you can forbid user to kill the winvnc from task manager.
