It is quite good to make the one button, which restart VNC service (like buttons “Start WinVNC Service” and “Stop WinVNC Service”)

systray winvnc
close VNC connection = restart uvnc_service if running as system
close VNC connection = close ultravnc server if running as application

fact
there no restart of uvnc_service at services.msc
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home
Only experienced user, [u]not[/u] developer
