SC Winvnc Video Hook driver problem

Hi,
I downloaded custom.zip, changed the helptext.txt file,uploaded to the site and got the exe according to the steps mentioned in the site. I connected using SC also . I clicked on winvnc icon properties, on the mechine where SC is running, clicked check driver button(I logged in as admin only).
I got a message box with "Driver Exist, Communication service NOT installed or cannot be checked(application mode,non admin) Driver cannot active" message.( VNC viwer and SC are in connection when i am clicking the check driver button)
Please help me to make Driver active.
