Running SC without local admin rights

Greetings -

I have SC running nicely on my business LAN and use it for remote support. I have it linked on the company Intranet and for the most part it does exactly what I need.

But I have an issue with users needing either local admin rights or an admin password to bypass UAC to run.

Is there a configuration step I can do that would allow uses to run the SC exe without admin rights?
