Question with Vista (15 sec delay)

Hi everyone,

I have a serious matter to support clients and I hope I can have my answer here.

What we are using is : VIEWER (let's say latest version)
- We create our support.exe from the SC Creator.

Basically it's working perfectly for XP, 2000 but with Vista I have delays of 15 seconds. What are we doing wrong, could use your help here.

I have never used the classic SC to support the Vista client, but would like to refer the following thread about some others' experience of how this problem be solved

Anyway, the SC is a relative older product than Vista, thus it was not designed in mind to be worked with Vista. If the above method cannot solve your problem, you may try some new generation SC solution. See
