connection problems with error about rc4.key

I created a remote connection icon using Ultra VNC SC. When people click on my icon to establish a connection, they get the following error message:

The plugin was unable to locate the key file. Please ensure that the registry entry is properly set and that the key file exists.

C:\program files\ORL\VNC\rc4.key

after they click on OK, it will then establish a connection. How do I get rid of the error message?
