Dropped Connections

I have been using SC for 12 months with no issues for remote support, I currently have 1 customer with 5 machines on his network, 4 of the machines I can gain remote control the 5th willl establish a connection to the viewer and as soon as his desktop starts to appear the connection drops. His machine is Windows XP Home edition (with all updates) but no different than 2 others. The machine is able to establish a connection again instantly but with the same result. Have turned of firewall but still the same....any ideas appreciated
