On the Online Creator page, http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/sc/creator.html, there are 3 Creator Tools, namely RC23, REL 1.00 & Update 2009
I need to Create an SCIII executable. It only works when I create with REL 1.00.
Can I create a SC Exe that work find with Vista & Windows 7
