Shortcut for "request screen refresh"

Seeing as the screen can sometimes become corrupt (it does for me anyway, have I done something wrong?) I am using 'alt+space' and choosing 'Request Screen Refresh' from the menu to remove graphic glitches.

A keyboard shortcut or an option to regularly send a full screen refresh every few secs would be great :D

In RC16 + driver
every 200 idle runs , the driver trigger a full screen scan

Wait for RC17, should be online this weekend
