VNC and the mouse..

ok... we used UltraVNC for some time (on XPpro) and I thought it might be time to use the newer version...1.0.8.2...but I am having some difficulty with it.
Installing works great, and it then asks me as who I would run the software. I usually use admin and our password. All seems great. However, I can only connect to that particular account and actually use the mouse. There is no mouse function on all other accounts. Is there a way to disable the viewer and have mouse function on all accounts? Any helpful advice is much appreciated.
