I'm still having screen updating problems especially on Java

Hello,

I'm still having screen updating problems especially on Java programs where no update is done at all but also sometime e.g. opening the UltraVNC properties.

Settings on the server are (enabled):
*) Poll Full Screen (Ultra Fast)
*) Poll Foreground Window
*) System HookDll
*) Video Hook Driver (driver info required versionn 1.22: 1.00.22 driver Active access ok)

Client (Vista 64) and Server (XP 32 Bit) are version 1.0.8.2.

Any ideas?

BTW1: After update from 1.0.6.4 to 1.0.8.2 I had to restart the service manually. Otherwise the old version was active.
BTW2: Encryption with SecureVNCPlugin.dsm works well now. Thnx.

Yes, same settings now here but still updating problems (also restarted "net stop uvnc_service", "net start uvnc_service"):
Maybe you can try the Java App and try to reproduce:

But also other apps have refresh problems.

Any ideas left?

is look like missing checkbox "enable capture alpha-blending" (transparency) at ultravnc server ?

Tried that, but still no success. (Restarted also server, BTW: Is this necessary or is apply enough for those settings?)

Any other ideas?

Apply have no effect with uvnc (this not apply dynamic change)
only OK work.
right click on WinVNC system tray (systray) (near of the clock)
Close VNC connections (this restart the uvnc_service

for sure the settings is set
check the ultravnc.ini file, only this file can tell you if settings are set or not.
