Ongoing Issues with SC

Hi There!

We often have a problem where a connection to a client connected via SC will be dropped either sometime or immediately with a "running as application" error. How can we resolve this?

do you use SCprompt or UltraVNCSC update 2009 ?

running as application is happen while lost connection or application had switched from user logged to logon screen and loose the connection.
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home
Only experienced user, [u]not[/u] developer
